Refund and Returns Policy

You have up to 30 days to return items purchased online. Any amount refunded will be refunded to your credit card.

Please keep in mind that customer takes full liability for all postal charges and returns shipment costs.

To return an item contact us at [email protected] with your name, address, phone number and order/invoice number. You will then be sent an email instructing you how to return the item(s).

The products must be submitted online for return request within 30 days of Club Zodiac Designs shipping the items to you. From the moment you receive an approval on your return request, you have 30 days to have the merchandise arrive at our warehouse.

All products must be received:

• New (never worn or washed).
• Clean and without any odors or markings.

We inspect all items received and they must meet our standards of acceptability as per conditions outlined above. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Upon receipt, our goal is to process your request within 7-10 business days.
